Annual Tax conference

To say that corporate tax reform has been at the top of the global political agenda in 2014 is hardly an understatement and this is certainly not going to change in 2015.

In its aim to close international tax loopholes, the OECD continues to release discussion papers and reports at a relentless pace under its action plan against Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS), in view of finalizing its recommendations by September 2015. At the EU level, the recent amendment of the Parent-Subsidiary Directive has signalled a strong political will and ambition by Member States to harmonise the European corporate tax environment. In the aftermath of the so-called LuxLeaks affair, Luxembourg has made its procedures on advance tax agreements ("tax rulings") more transparent.

In light of these developments and others, please join us on Tuesday 27 January for our Annual Tax conference as we provide forward looking perspectives and insights on these ‘hot topics’, and other Luxembourg, European and international tax developments relevant for your Luxembourg investment structures.
